The Edwards experience is a bit reminisce of the Taylor Heinicke experience. Same kind of guy. Gamer with some limitations, but some flair. Ups and downs.

Maryland is that guy you play against in NCAA football who keeps spamming the ball to the same guy. And it works a lot, because the player (Tai Felton) is so good.

I take back the Heinicke comp. Edwards (playing style-wise only) is Tim Tebow. People hate on him, and he has some flaws, but he's smart and relentless.

Locksley on Maryland's version of the Tush Push that helped seal the win: "It's a play that made Billy famous last year, when we thought he couldn't throw."

Tai Felton is the first receiver in Maryland history to post 100 receiving yards in each of the first three games. Still didn't like that TD that was called incomplete. "That one blew me," he said. Caught a TD seconds later, though.
