Squash Tip: Leave the skin on! Just chop it, remove the seeds, put on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and the magic ingredient.... some freshly ground nutmeg. Bake at 200c for around 30 mins. You can then easily peel off the skin.

Dress your greens like kale and cabbage. A drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, give them a scrunch and rub together before sauteing in coconut oil, olive oil or organic butter. They taste so good and need less cooking. Finish with a spritz of lemon juice...
