Dinner was ribeye steaks cooked w/the sous vide 3 hrs@130 degrees & finished w/my torch. Sides were roasted beets and sautéed baby zucchini fresh from our garden. We also sautéed the tops to try them out. A 2011 Jean Edwards Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville paired perfectly #WINE
