Belgium has approved its observer status in the NGWS/FCAS programme with an investment of €60 million for R&D. A new European country on board. The NGWS/FCAS has the potential to be a game changer for a more coherent European defence policy and industry.

A new step forward for #Eurodrone: the Preliminary Design Review has been successfully performed. This proves that the initial design has consistently matured. Eurodrone is a key programme to guarantee the European sovereignty in the management of information and intelligence.

Saudi Arabia has ordered 4 additional A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport (#MRTT).   This new contract demonstrates the high level of satisfaction with the Airbus Defence MRTT: the most capable new-generation tanker and transport aircraft with 90% market share outside the USA.
