americanair The last 24 hours I experienced the most horrific customer service I’ve ever come across in my entire life. Customer service was rude condescending and told me there was nothing they could do to assist with my flight disruption due to crew issues.

Still no response to over $1000 out of pocket expenses incurred because of a crew related issue. This is the only “response” americanair has provided in 4 days.
