Today, World Vision Uganda joined leaders from the other members of Joining Forces for All Children in Uganda consortium and EU in Uganda to launch our #Hands4Good campaign against Child abuse. Together, we can make sure all children in Uganda live free of the threat of abuse by those meant to protect them.

Today, World Vision CFOO Jean Baptiste Kamate (JBK), Partnership Leader Aamanda Childress, EARO Regional Leader @LDodzo and VisionFund International CEO Edgar Martinez began a tour of our work with children and communities in northern Uganda. They interacted with the children, local leaders and staff.
It was a joy meeting all the amazing children in Omugo refugee settlement where World Vision Uganda is responding to the needs of over 400,000 children and vulnerable adults. Our faith inspires us to look beyond their circumstances and support them in realising their full potential.

On the occasion of the celebration of Europe day, we applaud the unwavering support of the EU in Uganda which has enabled transformation of lives of the most vulnerable children and their communities in Uganda.
It was great to engage with UN Resident Coordinator, Susan Namondo Ngongi and Focal Minister for #SDGs, Justine Kasule Lumumba, on a talk show this morning. We highlighted our shared commitments on the National and Continental Action for Accelerated Delivery on the #SDGs and Agenda 2063.
