Forgot to add.. free agency is now open season in professional golf. The team concept works with the best players in the world involved. It will sell TV rights, event sponsors, and team sponsors very easily. Teams will look to position themselves with the best players available.

Not every event would be a team concept.. you have to re imagine how things are now, and what they could be. What would a full season of pga tour look like with team events mixed in during the fed ex season that involve year long team concept along with individual fed ex pts??

Just thinking out loud on Twitter.. 12/15 teams (4/5 man teams) Team sponsorship Separate "team event"sponsors FA in golf 12 team events with Individual results as well as fed ex points "Elevated events" become team events PIF supplements the rest of the tour events

Not saying this would happen. Clearly the market would dictate what direction to go in. But I have a feeling TV, event sponsors, and teams sponsors would have an interest in the best playing together certain weeks in team format

Catching stray bullets today on the Pat McAfee. Walking that golf for 4 days isn’t what its cracked up to be.. I agree carts and less than 18 holes much more enjoyable!!!

Grateful for the opportunity to compete ISCO Championship in a couple weeks. Looking forward to a great week of golf in Louisville!!
