Hey Spirit Airlines, sitting in Orlando International Airport for at least four hours due to a flight delay for mechanical issues is not how I wanted to spend my Sunday afternoon.

This is the condition that I got my luggage back after a recent flight with avianca airlines north america. After being offered money for a replacement, Avianca sent my payment to someone else and is now telling me I am out of luck.

Dear Spirit Airlines, I'm sorry. I've flown with you from MCO to BOG for years without any major issue. The one time I decide to fly with avianca this happens to my suitcase. They offered to compensate me for it, but paid someone else instead. Big Front Seat beats First Class
