We would also like to highlight that, under the Government of Japan’s GGP scheme, a two-storey building comprising 7 classrooms, and 1 office was constructed to accommodate the school’s growing student population. The facility was officially handed over on 13 October 2022.

16yr old Hawwa Zaaya Hassan won the Youth Reporter Project, while 6 children had their artwork chosen to be displayed at Aichi-Nagoya 2026. Ahead of the Fun Run, the Maldives NOC welcomed the community to mark one year to go for Asia’s biggest sporting event.
