Having missed a UPS delivery last Friday which said 12 but they arrived at 10.30 I have stayed in all morning today so I didn't miss my 12 noon slot. Surprise it's not delivered and when I track it I get "it's delayed" & no further info!! Come on UPS you can do better

Update : Delivery tomorrow from UPS which I wont be around for, so tried to change it to a Convenient location delivery and they are having technical issues, "please try later" this is getting beyond a joke now UPS

Dear UPS why do you give times for delivery? I had 2 messages with various times for today's parcel but you rocked up at a completely different one altogether and waited until I was out!!! At least now I can go and collect it.
