MacArthur Fellow and NYU Prof. Nicole Fleetwood will present “Marking Time: Art in the Age of Mass Incarceration”, at the Shirley M. Buttrick Lecture on Oct. 10 co-sponsored by UIC’s Jane Addams College of Social Work and UIC CUPPA. A university-wide symposium will start the day at 10 a.m.

Diaz-Strong is an expert on how exclusionary immigration policies impact the educational & developmental trajectories of undocumented Latinx immigrants.
