I have had my first official day as a Teagasc Walsh scholar here in Grange where I will be carrying out research on dairy calf to beef production. I am excited to build on my knowledge gained at UCD School Ag & Food and develop my skills with Nicky Byrne Deirdre Purfield Munster Technological University
