Massively agree with Tom here. I’d go a step further and say it’s ego-fuelled founder arrogance a lot of the time. Ambition is great. Confidence needed. But don’t lose sight of what got you where you are. Test, build, iterate… then scale. And appreciate context. We’ve far to go!
