I do love the Perrault points and I’m happy to concede that. But Hasek is the greatest goalie ever to play and the greatest goalie ever play tops all others on a team unless you’re in Lemieux/Greztky/similar territory.

Getting off the Sabres when the franchise was about to implode and the owner about to go to jail for the rest of his life diminishes nothing. Hasek wanted it in Buffalo. The Sabres failed him.

I really don’t get why people are so desperate for a Raising Canes. It’s a chain. It kind of blows and both Buffalo and Rochester have hundreds of better options.

The travel part is tough. They charter planes. There isn’t much the team can do for space in those. They could get their own team planes but LOL Pegula. The travel schedule? They must mean not being able to come and go from Buffalo without connections because that does suck.

Buffalo has the most useless airport in America. It’s got like 3 airlines and pretty much all they do is puddle jump you to Chicago or NYC where you then catch your actual flight. It’s infuriating.

Wait. So unregulated mergers, intentionally limiting options, and monopolization is… bad?

If this person shouldn’t brag about this, no one should ever brag about anything.
