For those of you who like data… In 2023, so far, Lewisham Foodbank has fed over 20,000 people, a 42.5% increase overall compared to 2022. And yet, somehow, we manage to meet demand to ensure that no-one in Lewisham goes hungry. Thanks to all who help make this happen.

The worst thing to happen to email was making it available on mobile devices. This gave permission to use email for urgent messages, on the presumption that the recipient would check their phone every 20m. This in turn forced people to check their phones every 20 minutes.
