Fascinating footage here bit.ly/4kuSmv2 of the former Anglican church in St Petersburg, restored for the Chaliapin Musical Theater. Even if you can't follow the Russian commentary you can still enjoy the organ: one for Anna Lapwood to try? Thank you The Anglican Church in St Petersburg.
Great to be back at GE Street’s polychrome All Saints' Rome with its distinctive unRoman spire. Almost foiled by closed streets of Rome Marathon 🏃♀️🏃♂️, which ran in front of church. Vicar’s wife explained it takes a lot more than that to stop our services - bravo! #SteepleSaturday
Fabulous scheme of stained glass saints incl Ven Bede bring colour to All Saints' Rome Diocese in Europe Made by London firm Clayton & Bell - medieval style of different coloured glasses leaded together & in quasi architectural settings with foliage backgrounds #StainedGlassSunday
A very Swiss-looking English church: St Bernard's, Wengen, designed by local architect Hans Boss and opened at Christmas 1927 (photo: Paul Bissegger). Still in regular use in the summer and winter seasons: ics-uk.org/wengenurch ICS Resort Mission Wengen Diocese in Europe
