This flight is a possible ICE Air deportation flight from Alexandria, La to Miami to Cap-Haitien, Haiti. It is on the way to Miami now and we need to see if it operates the next leg and confirm it is an ICE flight. But it has a number of signs pointing that way. Will update here…
