Returned to work after 2 weeks leave. My robust out of office worked a treat - only 24 emails. All of which were indeed still pertinent after my leave. Reflecting on how this helped my first day back to go smoothly & feel under control.

System access in NHS is bamboozling. Can’t access past medical history for patients but expected to undertake assessments - plan can - prescribe etc. IT systems need to talk to each other How much money could be saved by having lean and effective IT?
