New preprint! We have assigned adenosylcobalamin (a biologically active form of vitamin B₁₂) as the ligand of a previously orphan riboswitch that controls expression of the rpfB-ksgA-ispE operon, involved in the resuscitation of Mtb from dormancy. Read biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh….
