84 years ago today Fg Off Donald Garland & Sgt Thomas Gray of 12 Squadron were posthumously awarded the Victoria Cross for their bravery. These awards were the first Royal Air Force VCs of World War Two. I was privileged to see one of them at RAF Museum #LestWeForget🌺 #WeRemember🌺
