A bit of sparkle for Friday. Taken this morning on Glastonbury Tor about an hour after sunrise. I went up twice today, once at sunrise and then to take this one.

Around Whiteladies Road you may spot these charming metal monkey sculptures. Designed by sculptor Julian Warren in 2016, they playfully celebrate the time day in 1934 when 12 rhesus monkeys escaped the zoo and were sighted all over Clifton for two weeks until being caught.

It was a little bit grey on my morning walk today here in Glastonbury. Even the grey has it's own beauty though against the majestic Tor.
