Spot the fault at High Red Cliff, #CaytonBay. #ClevelandBasin

I have found similar cone-in-cone structures at this location. Mostly in the loose material near the pier. In addition, there is some in a fault just before the landslide further down the beach.

Definitely worth having a look at if you have the time.
