It’s the things that go unseen that are hardest - neuropathic pain. It is draining. It’s often hard to pinpoint the trigger which can be frustrating. Today, the best thing for it was a cycle before work & a walk in the exoskeleton this afternoon. Hot shower, early to bed - R&R🙏

Last week I had the privilege of joining a delegation from Ireland to Norway with representatives from WHO/Europe HSE Ireland National Disability Authority Centre for Excellence in Universal Design (CEUD) @dcediy led by Anne Rabbitte exploring how digital and assistive technology systems and delivery can be better enabled in Ireland. 🇮🇪
