That would be about one year of daily drawing practice (the top three aren't quite done though). Much like in music, 90% of what I produce is "a bit shit" but I take solace in the fact that with discipline and time that percentage starts moving in the right direction.

Completely unrelated to yesterdays news but I do commissions! 😄 Here's one of Stella from Honkai Star Rail I made recently for page of swords (thanks for the commission! Always a pleasure!) If you want to commission me - send a dm and we'll discuss scope and price! 😁✌️

Death Stranding - what a weird but fun game. The most Hideo Kojima thing Hideo Kojima has ever Kojimad. I rate it Hideo Kojima out of 10.

You know your twenties are a thing of the past when your brother gifts you excercise equipment. As a guitar player I really do like the push up bars though...

Google provided no satisfactory answers so a little question for experienced composers (or better yet, string players): a chromatic run up and down covering one 8ve. How high is too high and how fast can a good player go before the passage becomes a mess?

The 'je ne sais quoi' I imagine for most artists is the holy grail. The ability to understand the 'why' of how something, a piece of music, a game, a visual art just hits better than something else that on paper might - on the surface look/sound exactly the same, but doesn't

Writing a serious piece of music - no. Writing a short, Soulsborne inspired boss track track for your buddy because he beat you in badminton with a broken racquet - yes.

I'm fairly sure one can't copyright a mode but my brain sure likes going "Oh, we're stealing from Dragon Age now?" every time I write a melody utilizing leaps and the Dorian mode🥲

Got sidetracked with a whole another quest line but finally got around trying to mockup this...(w.i.p.) It's quite hard. And I did not forget: I summon thee, Dallas 🏰🏹🛡️

New cover out! Here is an acoustic version of «Horizon» from Dying Light. Had a blast playing the game, and I knew at one point I wanted to do a cover. Full video can be seen on my YouTube channel 👇🏻

Ordered new reeds for the clarinet and one of them was just absolutely unplayable. Is this how oboe players feel like 85% of the time?

💯 It’s really not that hard to get up to speed at least to a workable level. It makes you SO much faster if nothing else.
