I see this playing out all the time. Obviously school networks are there too but less impactful. especially true in hubs with high transplant to native ratio.

I’ve found the mindset from those days sticks. I’m still happy to build a desk or whatever is needed but then also sometimes a person in my company I’ve never heard of will email me about a policy I didn’t know we had.
