🌍 Earth day 🌎  Even during recess our youngest hornets are integrating the arts with earth day fun! 🎨🖌️🌱

4/5th Art Studio students created their own flowers inspired by the Art in Bloom exhibit at the IMA. PreK students made umbrellas to go along with learning seasons and weather, singing Rain, Rain, Go Away with our umbrellas was so fun!

We had a busy week at James Whitcomb Riley! We celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week, had a visit from the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, and an enrichment field trip to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
