The season is around the corner and every day I am grateful for the program we have , the people in it and the administration that helps elevate what we do

Another day, another helping hand! We are grateful to continue giving back to the communities impacted by Hurricane Helene. Thank you Lake Hills Church for having us and Carolinas FCA, USC Upstate FCA, Piedmont FCA for allowing us to lend our hands to those in need.

Beyond proud of the family we have here at usc upstate. Such a great moment to to have captured . Thank you Spartans for showing up and showing out .

To all the gladiators in the arena, we’re all in the middle of writing our own stories. The worse the monsters, the more epic the story. You either get an epic outcome or an epic story. Both mean you win. Keep crushing. May your desires be greater than your obstacles.

My son’s middle name is Barack - after Obama . To remind him that he can achieve anything and I mean absolutely anything he sets his mind too . 44 paved the way for all of us to think big, be proud, look back and be grateful but yet look forward and be hopeful.

So proud of these two . Cannot believe they are seniors . Come and support two amazing seniors as they have given so much to this program and school.

3 years gone by and can’t say thank you enough for all the you have done not just for the program but for me as a person .

Love being a part of program where my son feels like he is surrounded by family and friends at every turn .

As we navigate all the things right now the ability to care for the kids in that locker room , teach , mentor will have a long lasting value long after they are done. This game is about pouring out your heart into something that may or may not pay you back but is totally worth it

Congrats Jenny DeGraaf it’s been a blessing to work with you over the last 4 years. A well deserved honor.
