Civil War is incredible. Never been in a war zone, thankfully, but I’ve covered some nasty natural disasters, ran out of gas & food, slept in vehicles. The film captures the rush, terror, desperation, sense of duty, tinge of craziness in each of us, even the waiting, perfectly.

Neighbours have made a small memorial for the boy who was killed by dogs in south Edmonton. A cleaning crew brought out a dog-bowl stand that appeared to have blood stains on it. #yeg

Never had this happen before — went to see Queens of the Stone Age at Rogers in Edmonton, the opener plays, and all of a sudden there’s an announcement over the intercom that Queens can’t play and we’re being told to leave.
