Thanks to WorldTradeLaw.net for this very helpful analysis of the UK-US “deal”. Less going on than meets the eye. One thing is clear: the US and UK are not concerned re compliance with WTO law. Blundering back to a world of non-MFN or conditional MFN. Plus “cheap” Rolls Royces.
