Three times now I have spoken to British Airways customer services to be told I will get a refund in 10 days for the flight they cancelled. 10 days pass each time and I phone again to hear there is no record. Is the next best option CEDR.com ?

The delicacies we have on offer today in the Aspire Lounges at Newcastle airport are. Raw rice, cold curry and a solitary piece of stale bread. Licking a wall would be more nutritious. It’s impressive how consistent Apsire Lounges are with the terrible quality of their food.
