John Eastman was a key player in Donald Trump’s plot to overturn the results of the 2020 election. He came up with the scheme to disrupt the electoral count on January 6 and throw out the votes of millions of Americans.
Now, he’s facing accountability.

So proud of our team States United Democracy Center who helped lay the groundwork for the CA Bar court’s decision to put Eastman up for permanent disbarment. No one is above the law.
The CA Bar just delivered an important 2020 accountability outcome – recommending John Eastman for permanent disbarment.
