Had a meltdown. No I didn't spin or flap my hands. I screamed out. I cried. I couldn't catch my breath. I swore. I squeezed my body tight together. I ran. I shouted at people. I had cold sweats. I had dark thoughts. Meltdowns are not just what the media shows.

When I was three, a two year old started playing with a aged 3 and up toy. The panic in my brain of not knowing if I should tell a adult to stop the perilous behaviour but also not wanting to snitch on the child.

Another genuine question; What do you do when your main support system don't acknowledge your Autistic or ADHD?

Where your hyperfixations was psychoanalyzing people to be able to somewhat fit in but then it becomes your career and your just sat in a constant panic as you still have no idea when to give eye contact and what to do with your arms. Shit.
