Today we highlight GRS Faculty mentor and panelist Edward Lemke! The Lemke_Lab uses fluorescence tools, which are ideally suited to study the plasticity of IDPs since their non-invasive character permits smooth transition between in vitro (biochemical) & in vivo (in cell) studies

Today we are higlighting faculty mentor and panelist Magnus Kjaergaard. The Kjaergaard lab investigates how intrinsically disordered proteins orchestrate signaling pathways and aims to engineer new functional IDPs for applications in biotech.

How do TFs recruit the transcriptional machinery? This critical cellular function is incompletely understood. Led by postdoc Nick Morffy, we experimentally identify Arabidopsis ADs at scale and use this immense dataset to create an AD predictor, TADA. nature.com/articles/s4158…
