Although it won’t directly impact your swing, if a lack of range of motion is holding you back then creating more freedom through your trunk could help provide more options on how you swing the clubπŸ‘Œ

If you want a more robust spine for on and off the course then you need to move it! πŸ˜β›³οΈπŸ™Œ

The spine is designed to flex, extend, bend + rotate and you should train it to do so with mobility + movement work and also strengthening those motions as well! πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
