it’s borderline comical how the solution to “self improving” in pretty much every domain (relationships, work, health, etc) is some mild variation of ‘figure out what feels natural to you and lean into it hard’.. almost anticlimactic how the best advice really is just be yourself

I’m seeing the word “reframing” a lot lately in mental health.

Again, it’s the individual that’s made to feel broken and expected to “reframe,” when it’s the social constructs making individuals sick that need reframing.

Been over one year since the #RTO directive came into force, and some people still don’t get the basic concept of booking their seat and checking in or cancelling the reservation.

Can’t follow simple direction. This is why we’re doomed as a species.
