I think part of the reason the world is in such an awful place is that Comedy in general is dying. EVERYBODY is on the prime ready to be offended and hurt by the slightest thing, therefore comics are being ULTRA safe in their acts. Ultra-safe = Ultra-Unfunny.

I'm reading articles and watching review videos of Metroid Prime 4 and all I can do is shake my head. People are REALLY stretching to find reasons to dislike the game. It's sad. It's just an example of how awful videogamers are today. ALWAYS looking for excuses to hate a game.

Based on what I'm seeing out of Prime 4, if/when Half-Life 3 is released the backlash will be vicious. The Gaming Community will have set expectations so unrealistically high that nothing will ever live up to what the entitled fandom demands.

I have to say, AI is pretty good right now. It's so absolutely awful at what it does that we can EASILY identify the people who are too stupid and too lazy to do any research of their own and just rely on ChatGPT. So AI is helping us identify the dumbest of the dumb.

As the holiday season comes up, I want folks to know that it's okay to not feel good mentally. To think the worst of things. To misunderstand each other. We'll all pull through. There are good times ahead. I hear you though. Don't worry.
