Nearly five years ago, the single deadliest antisemitic attack on American Jews occurred at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh. Today, justice was served with a verdict against the perpetrator. The 11 lives lost will never be forgotten.

I condemn the terrorist organization Hamas for their sudden and violent attack on Israel this past weekend. The images of killing and kidnapping we’ve seen over the last few days are appalling and disturbing.  And now there is war.

For those who missed it yesterday, I encourage you to take a few minutes to watch President Donald J. Trump’ speech on the terrorist attacks in Israel.   “Our hearts might be broken. But our resolve is clear.”   America will stand with Israel as they defend themselves from Hamas terrorists.

Hamas ≠ All Palestinians Hamas ≠ All Arabs Hamas ≠ All Muslims Those who favor peace and preserving life will stand against Hamas.

Can we stop calling them pro-Palestinian protesters? If they chant genocidal rallying cries, such as “from the river to the sea,” they’re extremists. Period. No matter if they are students, university professors, or doctors. EXTREMISTS.

Israel = actively trying to avoid civilian deaths. Hamas = actively trying to put civilians in harm's way.
