Last Friday 12-4 we wrestled at Yutan. Sam Agena, Brett Bohling, Rita Ceballos and Stephanie Cruz all came away with wins. This Friday (12-11) we will be wrestling at Bellevue West and again Saturday (12-12) at North Bend.

Gave out our Pin Hats today! Each week we will award safety pins to each wrestler who gets a pins. This last week Sam and Brett both earned pins.

Huge shout out to my wife Alyssa Bowman. For Christmas she got the one and only Dan Gable to send me a message. I never know what I want when anyone asks but this was pretty special. Well done sweetheart and thanks for the encouraging words Coach Dan Gable.
