COMFORT FOOD —

I’m against it. If you feel sad, eat healthy you’ll be much more comfortable.

If you want to be sad and eat potatoes, that’s great but it’s uncomfortable and I don’t have to like it.

So I’m just going to ignore comfort food and do my own thing.

The elderly deserve RESPECT. Give it to them.

Older the better if you ask me.

Being cold / internal body temp:

Milk harassment. Milk harassment needs to stop !!

Milk is milk — you know it when you see it. milk comes from a mammal.

oat, almond, rice, cashew: these are foods !!

So they become beverages, but not milk. not that easy to make milk.
