And remember to read (and cite!) Tim’s recent account of their work here in JBIC: rdcu.be/dhGOe
There is also a great video explaining their work in person: youtube.com/watch?v=pOLCiZ…

Muchas gracias Jorge, for publishing this paper in JBIC! It is great to see the support from the Bioinorganic Community in Spain - more to come on this topic. Stay tuned!

Thanks for publishing this paper with JBIC! It is a little bit unusual, but I am happy to show the diversity of our field by including papers such as this one in JBIC!

Twitter Alert for Issue 3 (2023) of JBIC! Kicking it off with a review on artificial Zn finder proteins, and then lots of enzyme spectroscopy and anticancer compounds, with synergistic catalysis & enzyme inhibition from Sadler Group for a home run!

Issue 2 for JBIC is out! Kicking it off is a review on G quadruplex-stabilizing M complexes from Albada Lab, quantum tunneling of K+ ions in G quadruplexes, FeS clusters and Mößbauer papers, and a study on M(phen) complexes against multi-resistant clinical isolates in Ireland.

It has been quite long in the making, but the final product is *amazing*! Thanks so much Sven Sven T. Stripp 🇺🇦🔥🌊 and Jason Jason W. Sidabras for making the effort. Must-read for all afficionados and afficionadas, with almost 200 references!

This is really cool work, thanks for sending this study to JBIC! Thorough computational work, but with strong feedback to experimental results. And the best - it is Open Access!

Really nice piece of work, with a whole suite of advanced techniques for studying the interactions. Not trivial with Zn! Thanks for choosing JBIC for this study, which is scheduled to appear in print in Issue 3(28)!

Here’s your JBIC weekend read: Sarah Michel and Michel Lab report on Pb coordination to prolin-rich Zn fingers, and how function is retained despite very different structure. Important insight into the mode of action of a ubiquitous environmental toxin!

Not often re-tweeting other journals, BUT: This one is worth every second of your time! And yes, technical proficiency in synthesis is important even if you have made steps (like our CE, or are yet planning to) into the cell biology field! Thanks Organometallics and Andryj Borys!
