🆕 At the beginning of February the JA HEROES coordination team had an in person meeting with the Task and WP leaders in Rome, at the Agenas headquarters. The goal was to reflect on the 1st year of the JA and plan the next activities.

The HEROES Policy Board met for the first time on 23 January 2024. 💬 The PB brings together policy experts from the 19 participating countries to provide input and feedback from their experience as policy makers. 👥

📢 Porto hosted a two-day WP5 Cluster Meeting and Workshop of the JA HEROES organised by ACSS. The event had the merit of leading countries to share common challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration.

📢 WP7 Cluster Workshop was held in Utrecht! The event featured interactive country presentations. The highlight was a hands-on simulation of HWF forecasting using Nivel's Excel modelling tool, customized to each country's data.
