That feeling when you read a paper which roughly describes stuff you have been working on, in public, for a decade, but doesn't reference or cite any of it.

I'm not looking for credit, I am looking to not reinvent things without learning the lessons.

Antonio Ojea I've been playing with eBPF for a while, you can even capture traffic before/after encryption. Sure, you may comply some conditions, static binaries without debugging options may fail github.com/gojue/ecapture

Antonio Ojea Aaron A. Glenn People sleep too much on the pcapng file format, it's great for most (of my) tracing needs, and expandable for custom applications... I wish perf-record would adopt it with a kind of self-descriptive (or just save the proper C headers) header block.

Great article and nice reading together with the KEP to transition from SPDY to websockets github.com/kubernetes/enh… about the complexity of this subsystem that imples multiple networking layers, protocols and components

How many packets per second? Depends on your software network stack, your NIC and, and last but not least the size(s) of your packets

In v1.30 for the first time since v1.12 the Kubernetes release notes do not have an 'Urgent Upgrade Notes' heading. Because there are none. 🎉
