Bit late on this but as you all may very well know, a new cape is being added, the MC Championship 15th Year Cape and here is the texture sides as shown, happy cape collecting as always! Texture found by Fanclub

A new cape will be ariving some time in the future for the Minecraft Experience Event the cape being the Minecraft Experience Cape! Design in testing and possible to change.

New cape has seemed to of shown up in the in the new preview Minecraft bedrock build with a w what looks to be a placeholder image for the cape. This new cape(s) seems to be claimable so far from sign in on bedrock and may possibly even contain more than 1 cape ("to choose")
