One year ago today I joined the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS). I feel so lucky to be surrounded by the most wonderful colleagues at @BuryRochCO_NHS. They have supported me and gave me such an exciting opportunity to learn and grow as a NHS service manager.

A special shoutout to our wonderful Clerical Assistant Tayyba who is doing a tremendous job here within the Fairfield Management Team. Tayyba recently completed the Fairfield Hospital Supported Internship and secured a permanent role within our team. We are very lucky to have you! @BuryRochCO_NHS

My first day as the operations manager at my local bank has been fascinating. Such a wonderful charity doing fantastic work. Can’t wait to work with the incredible staff and volunteers over the next two months for my NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) Flexi Placement #GMTS
