please remember that the fear you feel as a white person during these riots are what POC feel every single day, this isn’t new to them. we need to do more to protect our loved ones, friends and strangers so they can leave the house without being scared of what could happen

Amazing solidarity last night in Bristol. Thousands of us in the streets showing facists that they aren’t welcome here, and that they are the minority. Now we have to keep this energy up. Bristol respects and loves everyone, other than those who are full of hatred ❤️

Excellent piece by Frances Ryan on the impact of benefit cuts on unpaid carers. Carers are already a high-risk group for suicide, and approx. 13 homicide-suicides each year involve a disabled person & their carer. Benefit cuts will cause more deaths. theguardian.com/society/2025/m…
