Absolutely incredible numbers. As a reminder, tourism is about 9% of US GDP (statista.com/statistics/292…) As the saying goes "Empires are not murdered. They commit suicide."

Chinese purchases of American oil are down -90% Y/Y, while Chinese purchases of Canadian oil are up +700% Y/Y. That’s a $20B annual loss for the United States at $60/barrel.

Thousands, and then millions, of American small businesses, including many iconic brands, will go bankrupt this year if the tariff policies on China don’t change. 🧵

🇺🇸🇨🇳 Trump’s tariff bluff just folded. From 145% “punishment” to “it won’t be zero” — the art of the backpedal. Turns out threatening the world’s biggest manufacturing power isn’t so easy… when your supply chains still run through it.

Keep in mind that S&P 500 earn 6x more in China than they export from the U.S. to China. Apple selling iPhones to Chinese consumers. Starbucks selling coffee. McDonald’s selling burgers. Etc. Nobody dominates and benefits more from global trade than the United States does.

The Trump family just announced they are opening up a new private club in Washington - only for CEOs, millionaires, and foreign oligarchs - where members will get secret access to the Trump Administration. Let me explain to you how this latest corruption scheme works.

Yeah so let me walk you through how this goes: 1) Companies won't itemize their bills and will simply raise their prices. This means Trump can keep pretending, and telling you, that he's not taxing you, it's just that pesky Bidenflation 2) Trump cuts deals with some of his

I'm shocked at how blatantly accepted it's become to hold anti-China sentiments in the West. I'm especially shocked at this seeing how much China has done for global prosperity in the last 50 years, and how little the West has done. Here's China's track record: they've provided

Nvidia CEO: "50% of the world's AI researchers are Chinese." "The winner of the last industrial revolution wasn't the country that invented it, it was the country that applied it [the best]" The smarter Americans sees China as a formidable competitor. The retarded ones

Sorry Canada, but we copied your homework.🙄 🇭🇲Left wing party was in power. Conservatives ran high on the polls, The conservative leader had made Trump-like remarks, (but denied any similarity in policy). The Left wing will form government, Right wing leader lost his seat.

“Will you talk to Carney about annexing Canada?” - NBC “I’ll always talk about that. We subsidize Canada by $200B a year.” - Trump Can anyone in the White House please explain to him how trade works?

Call me naive if you want. But I think there’s an imminent deescalation with China coming. 1. We are just weeks away from a full collapse of our economy without Chinese inventory. If ships start leaving China this weekend, they’ll get to the U.S. just in time to avoid that

The Information is particularly guilty of trying to get you out of Nvidia with their scare stories. I am wise to this stuff having been a journalist for 48 years. They need to sell papers, i get that, but what they have done to sell papers with Nvidia is almost larcenous
