Happy birthday to Eileen Sheridan, who is 99 today. Joining Coventry Cycling Club in 1944, Eileen went on to break just about every distance record there is, including setting the new London-Edinburgh record of 20h 11m 35s. The time was set in 1954 and is yet to be broken.

CYCLEWAY 1 BRIDGE CLOSURE 🧵: On 19 December, Network Rail closed Kingsbury Bridge at very short notice. An essential part of Cycleway 1 - one of the most popular routes in the capital. The diversion is unacceptable and we are working with Hackney LCC to address this. 1/14

Cycling Instructors have faced a 14-YEAR PAY FREEZE. This Friday, IWGB Cycling Instructors Branch are striking to demand councils and training providers pay up💥💥💥 Come and join their protest ride around London: 🚲 Meet us with your bike, 🕐 at 11am, 📌 outside Lambeth Town Hall.
