If you're a researcher working in mitochondria, you should check out this review by @CAS_mitolab on the effects of prescription drugs on mitochondrial metabolism #bioscirep doi.org/10.1042/BSR202…

Powering the cell's biochemical reactions is no easy job. We bring this amazing orchestra to life so you can truly understand and appreciate this little powerhouse organelle - the mitochondrion. #morethanjustapeanut #mitochondria #3Dbiology #glycolysis ow.ly/G0UO50Jr41C

I'm very grateful I had the opportunity to present my work at the #FENS2022 , the largest neuroscience conference in Europe. It was amazing to exchange ideas with many scientists and get new insights about my PhD project! Thanks GRK2174 for making it possible!

not sure why ppl are worried that eLife will make The Lit unreliable or incomprehensible with open review on a controlled vocab when the status quo of closed review with binary decision demonstrably produces junk and "filters" by sustaining a backdrop of incomprehensibility

It was once again a pleasure to exchange with my fellow PhD students from GRK "neurbiology of emotions dysfunctions". We could appreciate each other's progress and benefit from inspiring presentation by guest speakers Sanja Mikulovic and Sebastian Peters

Amazing review on mitochondrial signal transduction from Martin Picard Orian Shirihai who managed to make me even more excited about mitochondria than I already was! cell.com/cell-metabolis…

I am very much looking forward to participating in "Multifaceted Mitochondria" Cell Symposia! If you're interested in altered mitochondrial functions in depression, come chek out my poster on Nov. 8th (P2.005) #CSMito2022 Thanks GRK2174 for making this possible!

So happy that this Cell Symposia is finally happening - postponed since 2020, now attracting >400 participants from all over the world. An exponential increase in knowledge of mitochondrial impact for cellular metabolism, tissue and organismal functions in health and disease.

Already last day of #CSMito2022. I'm excited to hear about mitochondria in metabolism, and in disease! I will be presenting my poster on the role of mitochondria in depression at 13:30 (P005), come check it out!

#CSMito2022 was a great success! Impressive program with talks from the leaders of the field, very cool "meet the speakers" evening and I had the chance to present my poster on mitochondrial dysfunctions in depression and get helpful input from other researchers
