I was planning to get to miss the rain, but failed. Caught in a huge downpour on the way back to the hotel. In the taxi to the 🛫I get an SMS saying my flight's been rescheduled to 8:30 tomorrow morning 😱 FFS! Only plus side is free hotel and dinner courtesy of the airline.

Second time lucky. At the airport waiting to fly back from Ho Chi Minh City. The line at immigration is ludicrous

One night back at home and now I'm heading back out to KLIA. Bangkok bound this time 🛫🇹🇭

Through immigration and collected baggage in just 15 minutes at DMK today 👍🏼 Smooth

Lunch at Restoran Lai Foong in Chinatown today. Beef noodles and char siew rice. The beef noodles used to be tastier before they put up the menu translations 😂

I might be back in KL but still enjoying the Thai vibes. Out at an open air food court in my neighborhood for a family dinner. A couple of pad kra pao moo, some fried chicken and some moo ping ... All pretty authentic taste. Only RM48👌🏼👍🏼🤤😋

Back at the Thai place at Pudu Food Street. Steamed seabass Thai style. Really really tasty 😋🤤👌🏼and super cheap.

We're taking another Sunday day trip. First short stop is the town Kuala Kubu Bharu, which has some great street murals running behind the main street. Would like to spend more time here. #kualakububharu #murals

The morning view over the reservoir at Selangor River Dam was pretty impressive

From Kuala Kubu Bharu we headed to Fraser Hill, a hill station dating back to the late 19th Century and now billed as 'little England in Malaysia.' The road on the ascent is narrow and twisty and difficult for anyone who easily gets motion sickness.
