As we progress through the summer, we are approaching major milestones for the future HMCS Robert Hampton Gray. In August, AOPS 6 will embark on sea trials, followed by the official naming ceremony prior to delivery of the final AOPS for the Royal Canadian Navy later this summer.


The masts and key units of the bow block for the first Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship for the Canadian Coast Guard, the future CCGS Donjek have arrived at Halifax Shipyard. Nearly 290 metric tons and 15,420 hours of work for our Woodside team of 60 skilled tradespeople.
